The Dragon Prince is a sci-fi fantasy series created by Adam P. Knave and Ben Sears that follows the struggle of two human siblings, Kai and Tia, as they try to save their world from an impending apocalypse.
The the dragon prince is a show that was created by Netflix. Season 4 of the show has been announced and will be released in 2019. The creators talked about how they developed season 4 during the pandemic.
During the continuing COVID-19 epidemic, the producers of The Dragon Prince spoke out about producing Season 4 and beyond for Netflix. Last year, fans of the Wonderstorm and Bardel Entertainment original animated series were ecstatic to learn that the franchise would not only be returning to Netflix for a fourth season, but would also be completing its intended seven-season run with the streaming site. That means viewers have been anxious to see what happens next in the fourth season, but the wait has been made even longer owing to the continuing pandemic’s difficulties.
During their Comic-Con @ Home 2021 panel, The Dragon Prince creators Aaron Ehasz and Justin Richmond not only gave fans an update on the fourth season, but also talked about the development for the following season and beyond in an interview with’s Jamie Lovett. The Dragon Prince, like almost every other production in the last several years, has its own set of problems with the COVID-19 epidemic. But it’s not all doom and gloom.

Richmond said that the epidemic has allowed them more time overall, in addition to the assurance of knowing that The Dragon Prince would be renewed for four more seasons. “We’ve got extra time because of the epidemic and the way you pick up jobs and other things. You have more time to concentrate on particular sections of the series and other stuff like that now that you have more time “Richmond is where it all started. “It’s also allowed us time to work on the board game with Brotherwise and the TRPG with Cortex, as well as other things that are extending the world.”
Richmond described the effect of production on The Dragon Prince’s next several seasons: “But, in terms of the program, the benefit of having four seasons is that we know how much time we have to complete everything. So, if we find something or have an idea in later seasons of writing, we may see it in season four. That’s a significant advantage.” Work has been characterized as “pretty smooth.”
“We’ve been pretty smooth in terms of real work,” Richmond started. “We were very fortunate to have some very capable technical personnel who were able to rapidly get us up. So we’ve been working nonstop for the duration of the epidemic, and we’ve recruited 20 individuals who I’ve never seen in person, if not more, and we’ve been very lucky that our business and capacity to continue doing what we do has been practically unaffected. Given what a lot of companies and things have been through in the past 18 months, I consider it a tremendous gift.”
While The Dragon Prince’s growth has certainly been hampered, it’s essential to remember that the series’ creators remain hopeful about the fourth season’s production and the series’ overall future.
