It’s not uncommon for wearable fitness trackers to be found in the bathroom trash can. The Polar M600, however, is a new tracker that has been designed with an emphasis on performance and ease of use – as well as staying out of your garbage. The sleek black design is water resistant up to 30 meters deep and it features Bluetooth 4.0 meaning you won’t have too many cords cluttering up your gym bag either.;
The “best fitness trackers” is a term that has been used to describe the fitness trackers that are on the market today. One of these devices is the Polar M600. The M600 has many features that make it stand out from other fitness tracker brands.

It may simply determine the smartwatch community’s future path if they want to compete. It may potentially put a dent on Apple’s next generation of users.
Why wait for something you desire when you can get it right now? There’s just one catch. It’s called Androidwear. It’s Adroidwear on a Polar device, on the other hand.
Polar has been producing athletic wearables since before Android and even before Google. This game was created by them. They’ve been doing it for even longer than Garmin. In fact, the M600 may compete with the Garmin Vivosmart HR+.
But first, let’s take it easy. The M600 isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. Expect broad acceptance since it offers everything an athlete needs from a fitness tracker in an attractive form factor from a reputable brand.

Manufacturers of wearables are attempting to tackle a difficult problem.
On one end of the range, there are gadgets that excel at a single function. Consider safety wearables. Then there are wearables that attempt to be all things to all people. Consider the Apple Watch.
Every wearable on the market is somewhere between those two locations. The M600 is more on the do-it-all side, but it’s designed with athletes in mind. Yes, it monitors activity, sleep, calories, and distance around the clock, but it also provides coaching.
With over a hundred sports profiles installed, no gadget on the market is more complete. Swimming is included in this. The M600 is water-resistant enough to be used for laps.
If you’re staying on the ground, you’ll probably want to know how far you’ve gone. The M600 includes GPS, which is becoming increasingly common in devices but was previously unavailable in many, including excellent Polar products.
The M600 is the most flexible wearable available for cross-training athletes.

To do so, you would anticipate the M600 to be worn on your wrist like a tablet. Nope. It’s smaller and has cleaner lines than the Apple Watch. That way, players won’t have to worry about their gadget being snagged.
Color touchscreen activity is available on a 1.3-inch display. Because the M600 is Androidwear, it has access to the Google suite of applications.
This may not be at the top of an athlete’s fitness tracker priority list, but it is a useful function when needed. It’s more of a fitness tracker with smartwatch capabilities than a smartwatch that happens to monitor fitness data.
It also includes a microphone, allowing athletes to use Androidwear’s voice-activated capabilities. When you’re too tired to browse a tiny screen, this is enormous.
Oh, and the device’s heart comes out, allowing you to change the strap color to match your gear.

Although the operating system is Google, make no mistake. It’s a Polar gadget. Polar’s software filters the fitness elements of the gadget. It syncs with Polar Flow and Polar’s training programs and links to Polar’s applications.
Polar developed a new, more accurate LED technology for the M600, not satisfied with the existing standard in wrist-based optical heart rate monitors.
At the very least, it’s as attractive as a heart rate monitor gets. The $330 price tag isn’t outrageous when you consider the market and the fact that this is a Polar-branded gadget.

It’s amusing to imagine that anybody holding out for the new Apple Watch would buy the M600.
In the boardroom, the Polar won’t look right, and the current Apple Watch, at the very least, will struggle to keep up with the M600. Someone is more likely to possess both than one over the other.
In any event, the M600 is an excellent option for sportsmen who want a gadget that can do everything.
